The U.S. Air Force Thunderbirds are amazing! I have seen them at both the Abbotsford Air Show (just held this weekend and well worth going to) and at the Fairchild AFB Skywest Air Show (another great air show).

The Thunderbirds were founded in 1953 and are the precision demonstration squadron of the U.S. Air Force. They are based out of Nellis Air Force Base in Las Vegas Nevada.

They fly F-16C and F-16D Fighting Falcons.

The team has 12 officers and 120 enlisted support personnel and they are are cool!
